Count all days between the two dates, then subtract Saturdays and Sundays. If excluding holidays, also subtract the number of holidays that fall on weekdays within the range.

What is the difference between business days and calendar days?

Accepted Answer

Calendar days count every day including weekends. Business days only count Monday to Friday, so 10 business days equals 2 full calendar weeks. The calculator shows both so you can compare easily.
